Text Box: QUALITY ASSURANCE There are quality checks at every stage of manufacturing of the equipments : Incoming material — Quantity, size, visual appearance, review of mill TC Confirmatory tests for chemical & physical properties In-process — WPS / PQR Marking, cutting, bending, forming, set-up, orientation Welding visual check, DP Testing Dimension & testing of components, sub-assemblies, etc. Radiography Final — Dimensional check of entire assembly Hydrotest Operating trial Any other tests required as per specifications / PO.
